Each client is welcome to schedule daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings. And then if it is just to schedule a one-time clean then we have some questions about whether this is a party clean, a moving clean, or a random clean since we have the ability to do all three options. And don't forget to ask about our carpet cleaning services!
In the event that your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, then we can either reschedule this appointment for the day before or the day after regular cleaning time. If it happens, and we have available booking time then we are happy to work on holidays at an additional charge.

It is not necessary to be at home while we are there cleaning. If you have an alarm, make sure we have the key code so we can disarm the alarm when we arrive, and set it again when we leave. We'll also need a house key if needed to access the job.
Miscellaneous projects are welcome. It depends on the project; we provide Clean Express Package Add-ons that are service job tasks that can be added to the packages we provide. Simply email or call us with your special requests so we can give you the best rate and budget them in our next scheduled cleaning.

No, pets must be either caged, or put outside, we do not have pet sitting services, so they are to be out of the way to ensure the best cleaning procedures and for safety reasons.

Paying with a credit/debit card, is secure and preferred and leaves an accounting trail for your records. This enables the client to take house cleaning as a deductible expense for taxes. We can keep a credit card on file and just charge each cleaning after you've approved of our work.

Yes, there is a one-time discount for both the client and third party for the referral. We present referral coupons in our invoice package. This coupon must be presented upon arrival to house cleaning of the referral in order to redeem discount with both names written clearly and legible.
